Phenomenal Health Care Australia helps people navigate available funding and connect with support that fits their needs, goals and circumstances.

NDIS support

Tailored allied health and support services for eligible people living with disability, focused on building skills, independence and participation.

Support at Home

Personalised support for eligible older Australians who want to maintain their wellbeing and independence as they age at home.

Other eligible schemes

Where we are eligible to deliver services under another funding scheme, we can discuss available options and how they may fit your circumstances.

Support shaped around you

Make progress towards your goals with NDIS support

Living with disability looks different for everyone, so your support should reflect what matters to you. Through the NDIS, tailored allied health and support services can help you work towards goals such as building everyday skills, taking part in your community and gaining greater independence. We take time to understand your priorities, then work with you to shape practical support that fits your needs and evolves as your goals change.

Frequently Asked Questions About Funding

Find answers about the schemes we support, eligibility and how to get started with our allied health services.

Can I use my NDIS funding for your services?

Many participants can use NDIS funding for allied health services when those supports align with their plan and goals. Contact us with your plan details, and we can discuss the services you need and how your funding may apply.

Do you support people through Support at Home?

Yes. We help older people explore allied health support through Support at Home. Get in touch to discuss your needs, available funding and any steps needed to arrange services.

What if I am unsure which funding scheme applies to me?

That is okay. Tell us a little about your circumstances and the support you are looking for. We can discuss the schemes we work with and help you identify what to check with your funding provider.

Can you work with funding schemes other than the NDIS and Support at Home?

We may be able to provide services through other schemes when we meet their requirements. Please contact our team with the name of your scheme so we can check whether we can assist.

How do I find out if I am eligible for funded support?

Eligibility depends on the rules of the relevant scheme and your individual circumstances. The scheme or your funding provider can confirm eligibility; we can help you understand what information we need to discuss services.

Can a family member or referrer enquire on someone’s behalf?

Yes. Families, carers and referrers are welcome to reach out. We can discuss the support being sought and the next steps, while respecting the person’s privacy and preferences.
